If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Coffee and other consumable food products are final sale and are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Non-consumable merchandise may be eligible for return subject to the Voyage Coffee Cancellation & Refund Policy.

8. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders

By subscribing, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method according to the subscription terms.

You may cancel future subscription shipments according to the cancellation instructions provided with your subscription.

Products already processed for fulfillment may not be cancellable.
